How Smashburger Makes a Smashburger

This week, New York City got its 1st Smashburger location. It's in Brooklyn at 80 Dekalb. And it's great. Hamburger America's George Motz and I received a private kitchen tour and our own demo from none other than Smashburger Founder Tom Ryan himself. And a big shout out to Smashburger Chef Ty Goerke, the man in the vid with enough muscle to smash that sucker...
